Machi Takahashi has always been interested in open culture, art, and technology. In 2017, she and her co-founder Dr. Toru Takahashi became independent (MBO) from the research institute with their team.
Her interest in open data and culture lead her to become a member of the international network of Open Data Institute in London as ODI Osaka.
